How does the Yantra Mat work?

210 ABS plastic 'flowers' of 8820 spikes act as acupressure contact points. The spikes are positioned to provide an equal pressure at all times. The art of acupressure has its roots in ancient Chinese medicine. Used over 4,000 years ago a similar principle in the form of a nail bed healed the body and mind.

Clinical trails have concluded that according to the protocols of evidence-based medicine, acupressure is very effective. Acupressure also promotes the release of the real good hormones endorphins and boxthorn.
